This series features SMT single-phase full-wave bridge rectifiers, including MB10S, MB10F42Mil, MB10F50Mil and ABS210. All Models boast 1000V reverse voltage with GPP glass passivated chips, featuring low leakage current and great surge resistance, suitable for automated SMT mounting.

• MB10S: MBS package, 0.5A rated current, standard type, 3000PCS per reel
• MB10F42Mil: Ultra-thin MBF package, 1A rated current, 42Mil cost-effective chip, 5000PCS per reel
• MB10F50Mil: Ultra-thin MBF package, 1A rated current, 50Mil larger chip with improved heat dissipation & impact resistance, 5000PCS per reel
• ABS210: ABS package, 2A high rated current version, 3000PCS per reel

These rectifiers have low forward voltage drop and high reliability, with an operating temperature range of -55℃ to 150℃ for stable long-term operation.
